On 20 and 21 April 2022, Charles Girard and Pierre Auriel organised a conference entitled « Freedom of Expression and Democracy in Europe ». The fifth panel was dedicated to the link between freedom of expression and democracy in European legal thoughts. The panel was moderated by Pierre Auriel.
