As part of the Egalibex program, the Freedom of Expression seminar organised by Charles Girard, Clotilde Nouët and Pierre Auriel received George Letsas, Professor of Philosophy of Law at University College of London, on February 21, 2021. His talk was entitled « Freedom of Expression, Proportionality and the Margin of Appreciation ».
